Getting started

How do I get started?

The easiest way is to fill out the contact form or reach out directly by phone or email. We'll schedule a free consultation where you can share what you're looking for, ask any questions, and see if we're a good fit — no commitment required.

Do you offer a free consultation?

Yes. We offer a free initial consultation so you can ask questions, share what you're looking for, and see if we're a good fit — no pressure, no commitment.

What happens in the first session?

The first session is a chance for us to get to know each other. We'll talk through what brought you in, what you're hoping to work on, and what therapy might look like for you. There's no pressure to have it all figured out — just come as you are.

Rates & Insurance

Do you accept insurance?

We are currently a private-pay practice and do not bill insurance directly. Upon request, we can provide a superbill — a detailed receipt you can submit to your insurance company for possible out-of-network reimbursement. We recommend checking with your provider about your out-of-network benefits.

How much do sessions cost?

Please contact us directly for current session rates. We're happy to discuss fees during your free consultation and answer any questions about cost.

What is a Good Faith Estimate?

Under the No Surprises Act, you have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate of expected costs before beginning services. We are happy to provide this upon request. Please reach out for more details.

Sessions & logistics

Do you offer in-person or online sessions?

We currently offer in-person sessions in Miami. Please contact us to learn more about current availability.

How long are sessions?

Sessions are typically 50 minutes. The frequency and overall length of therapy depends on your individual goals and needs — we'll talk through what makes sense for you.

What ages do you work with?

We work with children, adolescents, young adults, adults, and families. If you're unsure whether we're the right fit for your child or family member, just reach out — we're happy to help you figure it out.

About the practice

Do you offer therapy in Spanish?

Yes. We offer fully bilingual counseling in English and Spanish for individuals and families. You're welcome to communicate and receive care entirely in Spanish.

Do you incorporate faith into counseling?

For clients who desire it, we are honored to incorporate faith into the counseling process. We also warmly welcome individuals from all backgrounds and beliefs — faith is always optional, never assumed. Every person deserves compassionate, respectful care.

Is everything I share confidential?

Yes. What you share in therapy is confidential. There are a small number of legal and ethical exceptions — such as imminent risk of harm — which we'll explain clearly at the start of our work together.
